Wasdale is all about the big stuff. Here you can find the deepest lake, Wastwater, and the highest mountain, Scafell Pike. All the other hills and fells are fairly big too, so there are not many short and easy walks if you are exploring Wasdale for the first time. However, we have a lovely little walk which is fairly easy too - perfect if you are staying in our self catering Lake District.
